An internal change we made had caused the camera to not have power. Once we resolved the issue DoorCounts was quick to call me and let me know that everything was working properly again. No one had realized the camera wasn’t working until DoorCounts called, which is definitely an issue we need tot take care of, but we appreciate the information and quickness.
