Installation: First things first, we ship out your camera/cameras and book a qualified installer!
The installer will work with our team to ensure we have remote access. This way we can adjust the sensors to just the right angle!
Customization Forms: Our onboarding team will collect all the information required to customize your platform.
Training: We take our learning seriously! The most important thing is adoption of Doorcounts by your sales team! First we meet with your management and train one or two of them in the finer details of reporting and data analysis. Paying close attention to how your stores currently handle opportunities, our trainer will devise a strategy for training your sales teams. That way we make the most of the short training sessions!
Webinar Wednesdays: Each Wednesday join our trainers for live subject matter sessions! Feel free to join in on a live Q and A
